Many new homes being built today have an upstairs loft. While this can be a nice open space, it can also be used as an additional room. Perry’s Handyman Service recently closed off this upstairs loft to make a media room/office for the customer. We extended the half wall up to the ceiling and over to the existing side wall and framed in a new door. Matching the texture and paint made it look like the house came that way. This project took our drywall contractors about 4 days and our customers were very pleased with how it turned out.
